Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, while praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his spectacular performance to improve India’s position globally, said on Monday that as per his observations during his recent visit to Davos, the entire world is now closely observing the fast progress of India.

He told reporters in New Delhi after canvassing in support of the BJP in the national capital for the ensuing Assembly elections, that the global focus was earlier on IT, which has now shifted to Artificial Intelligence (AI). Naidu was of the firm opinion that the nation is much ahead of other countries with regard to AI and the whole world is well aware of this fact.

The Chief Minister was confident that by 2047, India will be a well-developed nation. He said that the budgetary allocations are mainly to achieve the objectives of Viksit Bharat and top priority will be accorded for creating basic amenities.

He felt that several changes have been made in tax reforms while Andhra Pradesh stood on top in power sector reforms. The Chief Minister is of the firm opinion that policy adopted with regard to MSMEs is going to be a game-changer for the whole nation.

Naidu expressed confidence that the nation will soon have large scale investments in different sectors as several industrialists are coming forward to invest here. Besides launching fresh policies, focus will also be on c rating basic facilities, he felt.

Showering praises on the budgetary proposals presented to Parliament on Saturday, the Chief Minister said that the budget is particularly aimed at increasing the growth rate. He said that Indian tycoons are much ahead in the world than the businessmen from any other nation.

Development is possible only with inclusive growth and the people should ponder over how development is possible if they elect which party to power. He reaffirmed that New Delhi is currently facing both political and environmental pollution and the national capital is much backward with regard to developmental aspects as Delhi is now facing a deep crisis.

The TDP supremo exuded confidence that the BJP will win the ongoing Assembly elections in New Delhi and made an appeal to the voters to elect the BJP if the capital is to march on the progressive path. “We need leaders who do not loot the country, but those who share the assets,” he said.

Regretting that Andhra Pradesh got totally destroyed with the inefficient policies adopted by the previous government, the Chief Minister made an appeal to the Centre to support the State which got totally damaged. “If our governance is positive the Centre too extends support and Andhra Pradesh will march fast on the developmental path,” he opined.
